The clubhouse is available for rental by Ginger Creek residents only for events they are hosting.
To reserve the clubhouse please do the following:
- Contact the HOA via gingercreekhomeowners@gmail.com to ensure availability for date(s) desired.
- Fill out and sign the Clubhouse Rental Application Form (link below)
- Fill out and sign the Clubhouse Policies Form (link below)
- Check made out to “Ginger Creek Home Owner’s Association” for Rental Deposit
- Check made out to “Ginger Creek Home Owner’s Association” for Rental Fee + Lifeguard fees if applicable
- Clubhouse Rental Cleanup Checklist (to be completed and given to the clubhouse manager upon completion of rental cleanup)
- 4 Required Items to reserve your rental date: Application Form, Policies Form, Deposit check and Rental Fee check (all to be delivered to the Clubhouse Rental Manager.)
*** All forms must be filled out and signed by the property owner (renters are now allowed to rent the clubhouse) and checks must be from the property owner. ***
