The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for reviewing and approving/rejecting applications for improvements/changes to the exterior of homes in the neighborhood in accordance with the HOA’s covenants. If you would like to make an improvement or change to the exterior of your home please fill out the Improvement Application and email it to gingercreekhomeowners@gmail.com. The ACC Board members will be sent the application for review and respond back within a timely fashion.
