The Ginger Creek clubhouse is available for private rentals by Ginger Creek residents only.

To Reserve the Clubhouse:

• Step 1: Check to see if the date you want to reserve is available:
  • Click here to see if your preferred date is available. If the calendar says “busy” on the date you are requesting, it is not available.
  • If you prefer, you may contact the HOA via gingercreekhomeowners@gmail.com to ensure availability for date(s) desired. Include your address in your email request.
• Step 2: Complete Rental Agreement, Policy Form and Review Cleanup Check List.
  • You may complete an Electronic Rental Application and Policy Agreement

  • You may complete the Paper Forms linked below:
    • Print, complete and sign the Clubhouse Rental Application
    • Print, complete and sign the Clubhouse Rental Policies
• Step 3: Submit the forms and checks per the instructions on the respective forms.
• Step 4: The HOA will contact you to confirm your rental request.
• Post-Rental: Clubhouse Rental Cleanup Check List (to be completed and given to the clubhouse manager upon completion of rental cleanup)
